DESKTOP EVALUATION
Provide a desktop evaluation prior to purchasing a property to ensure the design is suitable for a rooming house.
Examine existing floor plans, aerial and site imagery of the property and surrounding area.

Provide all permit documentation required by the registered building surveyor.
Liase with an accessibility consultant to provide any Class 1b Performance Solutions (if required).
Manage title searches and formal building information requests.
CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Introduce you to several registered builders who can carry out alterations or additions to the existing dwelling complying to NCC & Building Regulations.
Your nominated registered builder will coordinate with the building surveyor to confirm compliance throughout the build and ensure all works meet the required standards.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Connect you to several finance brokers specialising in rooming houses who can arrange suitable financing options.
LEASING AGENT
Recommend a leasing agent, who can estimate market demand, past sales and rental history of the property and surrounding area, gross rental yield and potential cash flow.
TURNKEY FURNISHING
Offer complete furnishing packages to enable the property to be move in ready.
Act as a single point of contact to coordinate all deliveries and installations for a seamless handover.
